2006 Best Kept Village Competition Results

Although not repeating the outright win of 2005, Abbots Bromley has been judged second in the large village section of East Staffordshire.

The best large village, and overall best kept village in East Staffordshire, was Barton Under Needwood. Barton will become the new home for the trophy totem that has been on our village green for the last year.

Congratulations are also due our neighbouring village of Newborough which was judged the best kept small village in East Staffordshire.
