Guitar Concerts in Abbots Bromley – 6/8th April 2015
While the Ensemble is in Abbots Bromley, there will be two concerts. To promote live music to the younger generation the Wednesday concert is free for under 18s. Click on the poster image below to view full details.

Vickers Bovey Guitar Duo
Julian Vickers and Daniel Bovey are former members of the National Youth Guitar Ensemble, who are building a reputation as one of the most exciting young duos in the UK. They are currently studying for a Joint Masters in Guitar Duo at the Royal Academy of Music, London.

National Youth Guitar Ensemble (NYGE)
Musical Director: Gerald Garcia
The NYGE, comprising the UK’s most talented young guitarists, will be performing an enthralling and colourful programme of original chamber and orchestral music written for the guitar.
Music by composers including Gerald Garcia, Leo Brouwer, Gary Ryan, Shingo Fujii, Carlo Domeniconi and Celso Machado.
Tickets: £10 (£5 Concessions), Free for under 18s.

Conservation Area: Open forum – Wedesday 18 March 2015
The Parish Council is inviting all residents of Abbots Bromley to come along and share their thoughts and provide input into the Parish Council’s response to East Staffordshire Borough Council review of the Conservation Area in Abbots Bromley.
The 48-page January 2015 Abbots Bromley Conservation Area Appraisal document can be found on the ESBC web pages from where it can be viewed or downloaded.
There is also a form for you to use in contributing your personal comments.
2015 Election Notices
On 7th May 2015 we will have the opportunity to elect new Borough and Parish Councillors as well as our Member of Parliament.
