Could you be the Parish Councillor your community needs?

Although any poll for the local elections will not take place until 3rd May, NOW is the time that prospective candidates need to complete their nomination forms and return them to the elections office at Burton Town Hall.

If there are nine or fewer nominations, then the election will be uncontested and no poll will be required.

There is a short leaflet from our Parish Council with local information and more information from the National Association of Local Councils about what it means to be a Parish Councillor that should provide any additional information you need.
