Planning application submitted for wind farm

The application to construct eight 110 metre (361 feet) high wind turbines has been received by East Staffordshire Borough Council.

The application reference is PA/26905/010/AG and details can be viewed on-line through the (link expired) by entering the application number, or at Uttoxeter Library.

Note that the files of forms and drawings are quite large – 36Mb and 9Mb respectively.

Due to the size of the proposed development, this will be subjected to an extended consultation period.

Responses to the consultation need to reach the planning office before 6th March 2008. They should quote the application number, and be sent to Mrs A Garfield, ESBC Planning, Midland Grain Warehouse, Derby Street, Burton upon Trent, DE14 2JJ.
