Radmore Lane Closure – Monday 03 July 2017

NOTICE is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of Radmore Lane in Abbots Bromley in the vicinity of its junction with Radmorewood Lane unless the vehicle is being used in connection with the works; or unless the vehicle requires access to premises on the length of road or is being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

An alternative route for traffic is available via Radmorewood Lane, School House Lane, B5014 Market Place, B5014 High Street, Radmore Lane and vice versa.

The order will come into operation at 09:30 hours on 3 July 2017 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated that the works will be completed by 15:30 hours on the same day.

The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, or until the BT Openreach works, which it is proposed to carry
out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
