Sustainability Event

As part of our Development Plan for 2006, Sustainable Staffordshire has organised an informal awareness raising event covering all aspects of sustainability, which will be held in Stafford Market Square on Tuesday 13 June from 10am to 3.30pm. We are inviting you to ‘drop in’ and discuss any aspect of sustainability that interests you or to have any specific enquiries addressed.

This event will feature a marquee from Low Impact Living, a non-profit making Built Environmental organisation whose mission is to help people reduce their impact on the environment, improve quality of life and live in a healthier, more satisfying way. We are also receiving support from Schott UK Ltd, Staffordshire TravelWise, Marches Energy Agency, British Wind Energy Association, and the Energy Saving Trust.

Free information and advice will be available covering all aspect of sustainability including bio-diesel, organic gardening, energy efficiency, renewable energy, green transport, eco-paint and much more.
