Agendas and Minutes

Meetings of the Abbots Bromley Parish Council are are usually held on the last Wednesday in every month (except for August and December) in the Memorial Room at the Village Hall starting at 7.00pm.

Future meeting dates

Dates of future meetings of the Parish Council are contained in the on-line diary. A notice with a summary agenda will be posted on village notice boards one week before and as a news item titled “Parish Council meeting” on our news page.

Meeting Minutes

Minutes of past Parish Council meetings are available here in Adobe Acrobat format. Minutes will be added here when approved at a subsequent meeting of the Parish Council. Prior to this, draft minutes will be appended to the agenda of forthcoming meetings posted to the news section of these pages a few days before the meeting.

Public Attendance at Meetings

Any member of the public is welcome to attend for any part (or all) of the meeting. A public session is held near the start of the meeting to enable individuals to raise matters of concern.

NOTE: Once the formal business has commenced, members of the public cannot speak unless specifically invited to by the Chairman.

Annual Parish Assembly

An annual Parish Assembly for all electors is held (usually in May). Although hosted by the Parish Council, this is an opportunity for all village organisations to report on their activities during the previous year. Matters of concern raised by electors can then be considered by the Parish Council at their regular meetings.
